Lot 9 BUCKATABON RD E

This 5-acre lot is unique in that it doesn't have building restrictions/covenants, but it has a 50' buffer around the exterior; only a driveway can be cut through said buffer area. This is so your neighbor can't cut trees up to the lot line, plop a trailer or pile wood on the lot line. No building can take place in that area either which creates a 100' (50' on each side of the line) area that will remain untouched between you & your neighbor. Vilas County Public Land on the east side above Lot 1 will give you private access to thousands of acres of public land. Upper Buckatabon boat landing is about 1/3 of a mile away so there is phenomenal clear water right nearby. Of course Buckatabon Road is a snowmobile & ATV friendly road in Conover. The road building is underway with the plan of natural gas & power later this year or early next depending on the contractors' schedules.
